  • Payment information: processed securely via third-party gateways (we do not store full card details).

  • Reviews & content you voluntarily submit.
  • Communications: emails, call recordings (for quality & training).

How We Use Your Information

  • To process and confirm bookings.
  • To communicate with you and Suppliers.
  • To improve our services and website.
  • For marketing (with your consent – easy unsubscribe).
  • Legal compliance and fraud prevention.

Sharing Your Information

We share only what is necessary:

  • With the Supplier you booked (name, contact, ID/passport for check-in).
  • With payment processors and service providers (under strict contracts).
  • If required by law or court order.

We do not sell your personal information.

 

Data Security & Retention

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures (encryption, access controls, secure servers in South Africa or equivalent jurisdictions). Information is kept only as long as needed for the purpose or as required by law.

In the unlikely event of a data breach we will notify you and the Information Regulator as required by POPIA.

  • Object to processing.
  • Withdraw consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (POPIA).
